Shipping Policy

Processing time

Every DODE tag is made to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for your tag to be engraved and dispatched after your order is placed.

UK delivery

All UK orders are shipped free via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery is typically 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Estimated total delivery time

3–5 business days from order to doorstep.

Dispatch confirmation

You will receive an email when your tag has been dispatched containing your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow your order.

International shipping

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. International shipping will be available soon — if you are outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us at hello@dode.pet.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@dode.pet and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.
