Order support If you need help with an existing order please include your order number and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Activation help If you're having trouble activating your tag visit dode.pet/owner and enter your token from the back of your carrier card. If you've lost your token email us with your order number and we'll retrieve it for you.
