Refund Policy

Every DODE tag is made to order. When you place an order, your unique QR code is generated and laser engraved specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on the basis of a change of mind.

Faulty or damaged items

If your tag arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us at hello@dode.pet within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement as soon as possible.

Wrong item received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@dode.pet and we will resolve it immediately.

Lost in post

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@dode.pet and we will investigate with Royal Mail and send a replacement if required.

Digital activation

Your owner portal activation link is tied to your specific tag token and cannot be transferred. If your tag is replaced under warranty, a new activation link will be issued for the replacement tag.
